Thank you for fairly nice stay, having setting by the park. We will come back, had no reason to complain.

The pool access was restricted and required coordination. Some of the photographs and descriptions of the property were misleading.

I recently stayed at Glade Lodge in Bideford Bay Caravan Park and had a wonderful experience. The lodge was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean, truly a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had thoughtful extras like milk and fudge in the fridge. The comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms made for a great night's sleep. The bathroom was large and impeccably clean. I can't wait to return to this outstanding holiday home.

While the lodge itself was fantastic, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. we were expecting a private pool but it turned out to be for the whole park with restricted access.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations with its new and functional appliances. the cozy rooms had comfortable beds and TVs in each, ensuring a relaxing stay. the host was extremely friendly and even provided books and toys for our child. the convenient location near a shop and the option to order takeaways added to the convenience. the host's willingness to send a forgotten item by post demonstrated excellent customer service.

For the money we paid, we got great value and a fantastic room. The lodge was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was beautiful, with a lovely walk through woodland to the sea. The staff, especially Louise, were friendly and accommodating.

Morning meal could have been better with a wider variety of options.
